To kick-start the SIRCA III programme and address the first objective of SIRCA: “Developing cross-cutting inter-disciplinary Open Development theory”, one member of each team is invited to attend a theory building workshop in Bangalore on 30th September – 1st October 2015. For the workshop, SIRCA hopes to develop consensus and generate discussion surrounding the boundaries of openness within the SIRCA programme.

The workshop featured a mini unconference session on Openness in Development on Day 2 of the workshop, 1 October 2015 and is open for participation to interested parties based in Bangalore. Interested individuals are required to complete the e-form by clicking on the flyer below.
