SIRCA Graduate Award 2010
The SIRCA programme is offering a graduate award, with the objective of providing support for Master’s thesis research in the area of ICT for Development.
SIRCA Graduate Award (Research) Support:
The successful recipient will receive supplemental financial support ranging from SGD 2,000 to SGD 5,000.
Eligibility:
Currently enrolled graduate students, particularly the Master of Communication Studies students, as of September 2010.
Deliverables:
- Annual progress report
- Coordination of one SIRC seminar
Deadline:
The research project must be completed by June 2011.
Criteria for Selection:
The proposed project should aim for:
- Strengthening ICT uses that promote sustainable development in Asia
- Clear Problem Formulation and Use of Interesting Research Method(s)
- Measurable outcomes and output
