On 21 November 2012, Principal Investigator Kabran Djane presented in the colloquium of IFORD (The Pan-African Institute in Demographic Training) held from 19-23 November 2012 in Yaounde, Cameroon. There were more than 150 participants from 5 continents.
His presentation topic was “African Youth and mobile phone for global change: case of women (15-34 Years old) in Food products Distribution from village to city” extracted from his SIRCA project. For this event participation, he was funded by the International Union for the Scientific Study of Population’s Panel on Strengthening Demographic Training in Francophone Africa.
