Grace is an independent Filipino researcher on ICT and its impact on society, development, and politics. She has conducted research on various topics, including political socialization, international relations, and public policy. Her project during SIRCA I was titled “The Filipino Blogosphere: An Emerging Alternative Venue for Political Participation in the Philippines,” focusing on the political blogging atmosphere in the Philippines.
