    I want to draw applicants’ attention to the “omission” in the address on the SIRCA II PDF Bulletin: [sirca2@ntu.ed.sg]. I believe the right address is sirca2@ntu.edu.sg I knew after my application had returned undelivered. Have you checked your spam? Hurry and make correction.
