Celebrating ten years of success at SIRCA!

Dear SIRCA community,

We are delighted that SIRCA Annual Report 2017 has been published!

This special issue features SIRCA III programme progress on both the theoretical and empirical projects, final publication workshop held in conjunction with IFIP 2017 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia and the excellent achievements of the SIRCA community.

This exclusive volume simultaneously marks the 10th Year Anniversary of SIRCA (2008-2017).
