Erwin Alampay (Dr.)

Dr. Erwin Alampay is Associate Professor at National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) University of the Philippines where he earned his BA in Science and Master in Public Administration. He obtained his Master in Development Studies in Institute of Social Sciences, The Hague and Ph.D. in Development Administration and Management in the University of Manchester. His research areas include universal access to ICTs and bridging the digital divide in the Philippines. His other research interests are e-Governance, e-commerce, ICT regulation and management of non-profit organizations. His current research includes e-commerce in Philippines and information society in Asia.
