Grant Review

The SIRCA II Grant Review took place at the Emerald Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand on 11^th – 12^th December 2011.

During the review process, the Grant Review Committee went through the total of 128 proposals, which were grouped into 3 Tiers as explained in diagram below.

Proposals were placed into each respective tier based on the combination of their ratings given by two Reviewers, prior to the Grant Review Committee Meeting.
