Dr. Roger W. Harris

Dr. Roger Harris is an Independent Consultant based in Hong Kong and working in the field of ICTs for poverty alleviation in Asia. He obtained a Ph.D. in Information Systems from City University of Hong Kong. His firm, Roger Harris Associates, provides policy advice, programme implementation, evaluation and knowledge sharing services to Asian governments and aid agencies, including the United Nations, the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank. He works closely with several Asian universities as well as an NGO in Malaysia and has worked on projects in; Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Nepal, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.
