Dr. Jude Lubega

Dr. Jude Lubega is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Information Technology and Head of the Information Technology Department. Formerly a researcher and Tutor in the School of Systems Engineering at the University of Reading, UK. Dr. Lubega has been involved in teaching since 2003 to date and has taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. During his teaching, he has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate students including PhDs to completion.

Dr. Jude Lubega is a PhD graduate in Computer Science and has research interests in ICT for Development including E-Larning, E-Cpmmerce, E-Health, E-Agriculture, Mobile Computing, Data Warehousing (Data mining, OLAP). Other areas include Tracking and Assessment in e-learning, Content Authoring, Multimedia, Multi-Agent Systems, Data Warehousing, Knowledge Representation, ICT for Development, Web-based Systems and Mobile Learning. He has made several publications in both journals and international conferences concerning in the research interests. He is a reviewer for several journal and international conferences and has participated in several projects across the world. He is a member for several organisations including ACM, BCS etc…
